Whether you're looking to build your fitness, help your kid learn focus and confidence, or just want to try something new that doesn’t involve a treadmill or burpees — we’ve got a program for you.


🐥 Little Chickens (Ages 5–7)

Fun, movement, and big smiles.
This class is designed to teach young kids the basics of Jiu Jitsu through games, drills, and partner work. We focus on listening skills, coordination, teamwork, and building confidence — all while rolling around and having fun.

Class Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — 4:30 PM


🐓 Roosters (Ages 8–14)

Discipline. Respect. Focus. Grit.
This is where kids start to really learn the art of Jiu Jitsu. We build strong foundations in technique, movement, and communication — helping kids learn how to focus, work with others, and handle challenges.

They also learn how to thank their training partners and be proud of their progress. No yelling, no macho vibes — just accountability, encouragement, and effort.

Class Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday — 4:30 PM


💪 Adults Program

Get fit, learn skills, and choke your mates (respectfully).
Our adult classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, fun, and technical. We focus on nogi grappling, with optional gi classes during winter (because let’s face it — training in pajamas is kind of nice when it’s cold).

No experience? No problem.
We’ll walk you through the basics and make sure you feel safe, supported, and a little addicted by the end of the week.

Expect:

  • A full-body workout that doesn’t feel like a workout

  • A great crew of people who’ll help you improve

  • Real-world self-defence skills

  • An escape from stress that’s way better than wine

Supportive, empowering, and actually fun.
We get that stepping into a Jiu Jitsu gym can feel intimidating — especially for women. That’s why we’ve built a community that prioritises support, safety, and strength.

You’ll learn solid grappling techniques in a welcoming environment that lets you work at your own pace, without pressure or ego.
