LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Gringo Jiu Jitsu classes, events, and activities organized by [Your Name/Organization] (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). In consideration for being allowed to participate in these activities, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in Gringo Jiu Jitsu involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, physical harm, or even death. I acknowledge that these risks cannot be eliminated, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in Gringo Jiu Jitsu activities.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Gringo Jiu Jitsu, its instructors, employees, volunteers, and any other representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in Gringo Jiu Jitsu activities.

3. Waiver of Claims: I waive any and all claims against the Released Parties arising out of or related to my participation in Gringo Jiu Jitsu, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or illness during my participation in Gringo Jiu Jitsu activities, I authorize the Organizer to seek and obtain medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree to be financially responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

5. Image and Video Waiver: I hereby grant Gringo Jiu JItsu the right to take photographs and videos of me during Gringo Jiu Jitsu activities. I understand that these photographs and videos may be used for promotional or educational purposes, including but not limited to, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), websites, and other marketing materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that the rights granted herein are without compensation or royalties.

6. Agreement to Follow Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines established by the Organizer for Gringo Jiu Jitsu activities.

I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement, including the Image and Video Waiver, and I voluntarily sign it with the knowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights.

By affixing my electronic signature below, I confirm that I have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and consent to the terms and conditions specified in the Membership Terms and Conditions for Gringo Jiu Jitsu. I acknowledge that this electronic consent agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between myself (referred to as the "Member") and Gringo Jiu Jitsu ("GJJ").
